Overview
This Data Management Policy explains how Bandhu holds, stores, and deletes personal information. It is part of the same notice family as the Privacy Policy. Prepared on 1 September 2026. Effective for the product at founding-batch launch.
What we hold
Bandhu may hold account details, device pairing information, voice needed to understand you, memories you choose to keep, and records of actions you authorized. We do not hold what you have not given, and we do not keep a secret second copy for advertising.
Where it lives
Your personalized environment is designed to live in protected cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud, bound to your account and authorized device. AI inference may run on Simplismart Cloud. Partners process only what is required to operate Bandhu.
Retention
We keep information while it is needed to take care of you, to complete an action you asked for, or to meet a legal duty. Memories you choose to keep stay until you change or delete them. Founding-batch contact details are kept so we can reach you.
Deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and what Bandhu holds. We will delete or irreversibly de-identify what we can. Some records may need to remain for a legally required period. Partner deletion follows that partner’s process.
