A founding booking of ₹8,499 holds your place in the first production batch. We will email you to pay the remaining ₹9,500 before that batch is dispatched. A dummy Razorpay checkout is labeled test and does not debit a bank.
To change or cancel a booking before we invoice the shipping balance, write to Support. We will not invent a 7-day window or other return period that has not been confirmed.
When live Razorpay keys are added, refund rules for a paid ₹8,499 booking will sit next to the amount at checkout — including what happens after the shipping balance is invoiced or the device is dispatched.
