This Privacy Policy explains how S2P Robotics Private Limited (“S2P Robotics”, “we”, “us”) treats personal information when you use the Bandhu website, join the founding batch, or use Bandhu — a physical, voice-first Personal Life OS.

This notice was prepared on 1 September 2026. It becomes effective for the Bandhu product at founding-batch launch. Collection on this website — for example a name, email, phone, or city you give us — is covered from the date this notice is published.

Who We Are

Bandhu is built by S2P Robotics Private Limited, an Indian company. We operate bandhulifeos.com and the Bandhu companion.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run ads against your life.

What Is Bandhu?

Bandhu is a wearable, voice-first AI companion. You talk to it. It is being built to understand you, remember what you choose to keep, and take action on your behalf — a call, a message, a reminder, a booking — after you authorize it.

This policy covers both the public website and the product as features ship. Where a capability is still being built, we say so. We do not describe a live integration, certification, or security guarantee that is not in place.

Bandhu is designed so that your life stays yours. We ask for what we need to take care of you — and you decide what Bandhu may use.

We collect only what you give us, what the device needs to work, and what you ask Bandhu to hold. We do not scrape your life in the background for advertising.

Account Information

When you create an account or join the founding batch, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city, and similar contact details. We use this to recognise you, reach you about Bandhu, and bind your account to an authorized device.

Bandhu Device Information

An authorized Bandhu device may share identifiers needed to keep it paired with your account — for example a device identity used to establish that this Bandhu is yours. We may also receive technical status such as connectivity or firmware version, so we can keep the companion working.

We do not treat a hardware address as a password, and we do not describe your email address combined with a device address as a raw encryption key.

Voice Data

Bandhu is voice-first. When you speak to it, audio is processed so Bandhu can understand you and, where you have enabled it, recognise you. Voice may also be used to confirm that a sensitive action is yours.

We do not use your voice to build advertising profiles. Retention of voice recordings, if any, will follow the Data Retention section — and you can ask us to delete what is kept.

Location data

Location is used only if you allow it — for example so Bandhu can help with a place, a ride, or a reminder that depends on where you are. You can withdraw that permission.

Contacts, messages, and communications

If you ask Bandhu to call someone, send a message, or remember a person, Bandhu may hold names, numbers, and the content of communications you choose to share. That information is used to take care of you — not to sell access to your relationships.

Financial and transactional information

If Bandhu ever pays, books, or commits spend on your behalf, it is designed to ask first. Payment details, if collected, will be handled by the payment processor shown at checkout. We will not invent a charge, and we will not store card numbers on this website until checkout is connected.

This website

On bandhulifeos.com we collect what you submit in a form — for example founding-batch or newsletter details. If a form backend is not connected yet, some details may stay on your device until that connection is live.

We use personal information to operate Bandhu, keep it bound to you, remember what you ask it to remember, and carry out actions you authorize.

• Recognise you and keep your Bandhu paired with your account
• Understand what you asked, in the language you used
• Hold people, places, preferences, and tasks you choose to keep
• Take action you authorize — a call, a message, a reminder, a booking
• Protect sensitive actions with Master Voice and, where required, a secure passphrase
• Improve reliability and fix problems — not to profile you for ads

Personalized Bandhu Cloud

Each Bandhu user is associated with a personalized cloud environment. Bandhu establishes a protected relationship between the registered user identity and the authorized Bandhu device. Cryptographic processing combines the account identity and device identity to derive unique security credentials used to protect the user's personalized environment.

That environment is yours. It is not a shared public folder. Other people’s Bandhu companions are not designed to read it.

Account- and device-bound cryptographic identity

Bandhu is designed so your account and your authorized device together define a unique identity for protecting your environment. The derivation is internal. We do not publish algorithms, key formats, or raw material, and we will not describe your email address or a hardware address as the key itself.

Your memories are yours

What Bandhu remembers — people, places, work, goals, preferences, conversations you choose to keep — belongs to you. We do not sell memories. We do not use them to advertise. You can review and ask us to delete what is held.

Cognitive Memory

Cognitive Memory is how Bandhu is being built to hold facts you have told it: who matters, what you prefer, what is on the day. It exists so you do not have to repeat yourself.

Adaptive Memory

Adaptive Memory is how Bandhu is being built to learn your rhythm over time — without turning your life into a public profile. It stays inside your relationship with Bandhu.

Mind Palace

Mind Palace is the way Bandhu is designed to make that inner map visible to you — people, places, work, goals, interests — so you can see what is held. Illustrations on this website are design examples, not another person’s palace.

Your palace is not a social graph for us to mine. It is a private map of a life you asked Bandhu to hold.

Bandhu is being designed so you can see what it may use — voice, people you name, calls, messages, location, reminders, bookings — and change it.

User-controlled permissions

You grant access. You can review it. You can revoke it. A permission that is off is designed to stay off until you turn it on.

Withdrawing permission or consent

You can withdraw a permission at any time in Bandhu’s controls, or by writing to us through Support. Withdrawal does not undo an action already completed at your request — for example a call already placed — but it stops Bandhu from using that access going forward.

Screens on the Privacy page are illustrations of that control, not a live settings panel.

Security at Bandhu is designed as a chain of protection — from your companion, through your account, to the action you authorize. We describe that chain in consumer language. We do not publish implementation secrets, algorithms, credentials, or exploitable detail.

Privacy by design

Privacy is not a badge we add at the end. Bandhu is being built so that collection is limited, permissions are visible, and important actions wait for you.

Encrypted data communication

Communication between your Bandhu, the Bandhu application, and Bandhu’s servers is designed to be encrypted in transit. We will publish the measures that are actually in place as they ship. This notice does not claim a named encryption standard, certificate, or audit that has not been completed.

Data storage and cloud infrastructure

Your personalized environment is designed to live in protected cloud infrastructure bound to your account and authorized device — not in an unnamed public bucket.

Google Cloud is used for storage and infrastructure. Access is limited to what is needed to operate Bandhu.

International processing

Infrastructure partners may process data in regions they operate. Where that happens, it is to run Bandhu for you — not to sell your information. We will be clearer about locations as the founding batch ships.

Security incidents

If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will take steps to contain it and notify you and, where the law requires, the relevant authority — without inventing a response-time SLA we cannot stand behind.

Master Voice Recognition is Bandhu’s primary voice-based authorization layer for selected security-critical actions. For certain sensitive actions, Bandhu may also require a newly generated secure passphrase visible only to the authorized user through the Bandhu mobile application.

Two layers, two jobs

Master Voice verifies the authorized user. A secure passphrase confirms authorization for the sensitive action.

Together they are a two-layer check: first that it is you, then that you mean this action.

Secure one-time passphrase

For selected sensitive actions, Bandhu may generate a secure passphrase that is shown only to the authorized user in the Bandhu mobile application. It is meant for that action. It is not a password you reuse, and it is not read out to whoever is standing nearby.

Sensitive actions

Actions of this kind are designed to wait for you. Depending on what you have enabled, they may include:

• Placing a call
• Email or WhatsApp-related actions you ask Bandhu to take
• Food, grocery, or medicine ordering
• Travel bookings
• Financial transactions — if Bandhu ever pays, it asks first

Naming these categories describes how authorization is designed to work. It is not a claim that every third-party service is live today.

Bandhu cannot live only on the device. To understand you and to act in the world, it uses infrastructure and, where you ask it to, other services.

Infrastructure

Google Cloud is used for storage and infrastructure. Simplismart Cloud is used for AI and large-language-model hosting.

AI models and AI providers

Bandhu uses AI models so it can understand what you said and decide how to help. Model providers process what is needed to produce a result. We do not authorize them to sell your personal information or to use your life as advertising data.

We will not list a model, vendor, or subprocess we are not actually using.

Third-party service providers

If you ask Bandhu to message, book, order, or pay, a third party — a communications app, a merchant, a travel service, a payment processor — may receive what is required to complete that action. Their privacy notices apply to what they receive.

We choose partners to operate Bandhu, not to monetize you.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information Bandhu holds, and to withdraw a permission you have given. We will honour those requests as the product and the law allow.

If you are in India, you also have rights under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies. This sentence describes the law. It is not a certification badge.

Children's privacy

Bandhu is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for a Bandhu account. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Grievance redressal

If you have a privacy complaint, start with Support. We will look into it.

A designated Grievance Officer — name, contact, and how to reach them — will be published here when appointed. We will not invent an officer, phone number, or email to look complete.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed to operate Bandhu for you, to complete an action you asked for, or to meet a legal duty. Founding-batch contact details are kept so we can reach you about your reservation and the product.

Voice used only to understand a request may be held briefly. Memories you choose to keep stay until you change or delete them.

Deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and what Bandhu holds. We will delete or irreversibly de-identify what we can. Some records — for example a completed payment, if checkout is live — may need to be kept for a legally required period.

Deletion on a partner’s system follows that partner’s process. We will tell you if something cannot be removed immediately.

How to reach us

For privacy questions, data requests, or complaints, use the Support page on this website. If a contact email is published in the site configuration, you may also write there. We do not list a phone number or inbox that is not real.

S2P Robotics Private Limited operates Bandhu and this website.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule says otherwise.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be called out here — we will not hide them in a footnote.

Privacy promise

Your memories are yours. Your permissions are yours. Your choices are yours. Bandhu is here to back you.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Bandhu names, marks, product imagery, and the design of this website remain the property of S2P Robotics Private Limited. You may not reuse them without permission.

This policy describes how we treat your information. It is not a licence to our software, models, or security implementation. Details that would weaken protection — algorithms, credentials, raw key material, internal infrastructure — are withheld on purpose.
